As part of Labour’s commitment to encourage more drivers to switch to electric vehicles (EVs), Suffolk County Council has teamed up with charge point operator Believ to install around 6,000 new electric vehicle charging points across the county.
The £21.3 million project aims to help residents, especially those without off-street parking, transition to EVs more easily. The initiative will see thousands of charging points installed on residential streets and in public car parks throughout Suffolk.
