As the Hari Raya season approaches, Gentari has unveiled what is set to be the largest EV fast charging hub in Kelantan, located at G-Orange Mall in Gua Musang. This newly opened high-powered DC charging station offers an essential stop for EV drivers traveling to Kota Bharu via Gua Musang.
Designed to cater to East Coast travelers, the station is ideal for electric vehicles (EVs) with shorter ranges, particularly those with less than 500km of range, allowing drivers to quickly top up on their journey. The station is equipped with a 200kW Kempower DC charger, featuring 4 CCS2 nozzles, with power dynamically distributed across the bays depending on demand.
Charging at this station is priced at RM1.60 per kWh following a recent price revision, though Gentari Go Power Pass members can enjoy a 50% discount, bringing the rate down to RM0.80 per kWh.
With the introduction of this new facility, EV drivers can now enjoy a smoother and more convenient journey along the East Coast as they head towards Kota Bharu and beyond, especially during the busy Hari Raya period.
