Exicom Tele-Systems Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Lonage Technologies Private Limited to develop a unified and accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging network in India. The collaboration will combine Exicom’s comprehensive charging solutions with Ionage’s software platform, aiming to improve charger discoverability and operational efficiency for Charge Point Operators (CPOs). This partnership is set to enhance charging accessibility for EV users across various networks, addressing key challenges in charger management.
Exicom, which has an installed base of 175,000 chargers, is one of India’s leading EV charger manufacturers. The integration will offer real-time insights, remote diagnostics, and predictive maintenance, optimizing the charging infrastructure for CPOs, fleet operators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and real estate developers.
Anshuman Divyanshu, CEO of Exicom’s EVSE business, shared his excitement about the partnership, saying it will simplify the EV charging experience and strengthen India’s EV charger ecosystem. Vimal Kumar V, CEO of Ionage, noted that the collaboration represents a crucial step toward transforming the EV charging landscape, making it more accessible and reliable, and supporting sustainable mobility.
